How do I book a consultation for wedding and event flowers?Contact information is available on the homepage of the website, you can contact us by email, telephone or message us on social media. We endeavour to reply within 24 hours. We always start the process with a consultation, meeting somewhere face to face is always best and we choose a location in between where we would both be travelling from. We use the consultation to get to know you and your budget and talk all things flowers! From this point we send through a proposal on what we have disused which can then be adapted over time if needed up until your wedding/event.

Which payment methods are available?We take payment at time of booking, this can be done online or by telephone via credit/debit card. We also take payments by bank transfer. At pop up events and markets we are able to take contactless card payments and cash. When using the truck for an event, a deposit will be taken at the time of booking. The final payment is due 1 month prior to the event date.

How far in advance should I book?For events and weddings we encourage you to get in touch around a year before, dates can book up very quickly especially during the summer months and as a small independent business we can only cater for one event per week.

How long will my flowers last (Care tips)By following the tips below, we are confident that your bouquet will last approx 5-7 days, sometimes even longer. We also provide a little sachet of flower food to prolong the bloom time. TOP TIPS Unwrap your flowers with care Ensure your vase is clean and disinfected (a drop of bleach and warm water works well) Add fresh water (dont overfill but make sure all stem bottoms are underwater) Cut the stems at a 45 degree angle Change the water every few days to prvent build up of bacteria in the vase Cut off any faded blooms to keep the bouquet looking beautiful Keep the bouquet away from heat sources and direct sunlight Enjoy!

Will I get a refund if I choose to cancel my booking?We take a non refundable 25% deposit for your wedding/event, but please contact us prior to cancellation and we may be able to rearrange the date. Please see our full T&C's for cancellation information (a copy is sent to you on receipt of your deposit).
