Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and ensure that no debit/credit card details are stored. We will never share your details with third parties.
Delivery Policy
All truck bookings are given an hour time slot and we aim to arrive at the recipients address within the allocated time. Truck bookings last approximately 30mins.

If you would like to book the tuck for multiple bouquets for the same address, date and time, please do let us know at the time of booking and we will allocate time slots back-to-back for you, subject to availability. Each bouquet will need to be paid for in advance.
For the delivery of ready-made bouquets, we always prefer to hand the bouquet over in person! If for any reason the intended recipient is not likely to be home then we kindly ask that a relative, friend or neighbour be at the property to receive the flowers on their behalf.
Notice Period
With the right care and attention, we are confident that your flowers will have a vase life of at approximately 5-7 days (see care tips in FAQ's). If you are unhappy with the condition of the flowers, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to change the date or time of your booking/delivery, please contact us at least 2 days before to see if we are available on your new date.
Should you need to cancel your booking/delivery for any reason, please provide at least 2 days’ notice.
In either case we can offer a gift certificate to be redeemed at a later date or a refund for the bouquet value excluding the delivery charge.
There will be no refund given for any cancellations made after this time.
Events
Separate Terms & Conditions are applicable for event bookings. These will be sent out with the booking from prior to the event.
